Job description

Job Scope :

To supervise and support the Relationship Management team to perform proactive business development and relationship management activities in order to enrich revenues generated to the Bank. To manage the credit approval process and ensure the quality,  maintain client satisfaction and retention, optimize risks and minimize  expected loss as well as operational costs through various types of products/ services of the Bank according to the Bank's Code of Conducts and BOT's Operational Standards





    • Bachelor or Master’s of Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics
    • 8  years in banking, relationship management, analyst, due-diligence
    • Knowledge in Banking products, Managerial accounting, Finance, Macro economics, knowledge on local traditions
